| There are absolutly no
returns or exchanges on all products shipped. Exchange on damaged
product only (with same product purchased) |
| It's the
customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48
hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48
hours |
| No damaged product
returns will be accepted without authorization from JSI Custom Wheels.
Once Authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a RMA number |
| The RMA's are
valid for 20 days ONLY. After the 20 day time limit, the RMA will become
invalid. |
| All orders
cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the
total invoice amount. Return shipping of the product is non refundable. |
| The customer is responcible for all
shipping cost both ways on warranty returns. |
| All product that is refused and
returned to JSI Custom Wheels, and is in brand new condition, will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee. If product is received in condition
other than brand new, then it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. |
| There are absolutly no returns
accepted once a tire is mounted on a wheel. (For Customer who purchase
wheels only.) |
| There are absolutly no returns
accepted once a wheel is mounted on a vihicle unless fitment is
incorrect. |
